After your regular 30 to 60 minute workout, sit down with a pen and paper to jot down your action plan. Set goals for long and short term weight targets. Then write down what you will do to achieve those goals.

You’ll need an eating buddy, a partner to exercise with, and a virtual network to help you stick with your weight targets. Whenever you team up with like-minded people who are working towards the same goals, you’ll be motivated to stick with your plan.

On Day 5: Focus On Stress Control
